Our customer's house is located in a lower elevation from surrounding properties. They've often dealt with flooding from heavy storms. To avoid flooding from reoccurring, we built a retaining wall, regraded the entire yard, creating swells to redirect the water away from the house, we also added a channel drain between the house and the patio for proper drainage. We completed the project with an inviting and usable outdoor space, by building a NEW patio, finished with exterior tiles, tied in with a NEW pavers walkway and a beautiful stone retaining wall that reflects elegance and functionality.

We can proudly say, that the final product exceeded the customer's expectations.

We've decided to call this project, "Small Wonder" and here is why...

To have a patio in a tiny townhouse in the city can be a bit challenging, but SCC made it possible. What once was an unattractive front yard is now a mesmerizing front entry waiting and relaxation area.

This patio was finished with salvaged pavers, which adds a rustic look, maintaining the character of the house.

Concrete is a great option for a clean, modern and low maintenance outdoor space, whether you are planning on a new patio or a new walkway!

On this project, we replaced the existing stone patio and brick steps with concrete, providing a clean and open space. We also filled an existing pond for a more useful and purposeful space.
