Here's how we transformed an unfinished basement into a welcoming, comfortable and warm living space. We built a recreation room, a full bathroom, a bedroom, a workout room and plenty of closets for easy storage. To maximize the natural light we extended the existing windows to larger window units and added an egress window in the bedroom.
